  Came on a Sunday night at 8 PM with my wife for a late dinner, and was treated to the most surreal "casual dining" experience I have ever had. Our waitress (who was also the hostess?) sat us in a dark, secluded corner of the restaurant that had almost no working lights. We had to use our cellphones and the streetlights outside for any illumination to read by. It was never addressed by any staff member, so maybe they have developed a sort of low night vision by working here so long?
  
  Our food was brought out by a terminally sleepy man I can only assume based on his attire was the manager (who also didn't address my wife and I struggling to see one another), and who we had to ask directly for any utensils to eat with. He wasn't the most surprising member on staff though - that honor belongs to the infant being carried around by a bartender behind the bar for a sizeable portion of our meal! I am no safety expert, but that seems to play a little fast and loose with regards to child rearing and health standards.
  
  Everyone seemed glum but friendly, so I can't give it 1 star, but it was absolutely an experience I don't think I can forget, no matter how hard I try.
  
  Food was alright, my pasta was missing the bacon it usually has, but that really seemed like a DROP IN THE BUCKET BY THAT POINT.

  Over the last couple weeks we have noticed service and quality of food has went downhill dramatically. Over 25 minutes waiting for food which came out cold. Spent our entire dinner listening to the hostesses about they're boss. With their High rate of turnover wife and I have decided we will wait a couple weeks maybe they will have better staff or management. I wish I could post a picture of the nacho chips with rancid Grease could not remove the stench from my hands even after washing.

  The Margarita's are done fantastically at this location! But again, typical chain food.
  
  They're normally good with turning tables and I've never had to wait long, even on a busy night. There have been times that I've watched people sat after me get their food first, but that happens sometimes. The only problem I have with this location, is that they don't seem to be consistent with their steaks AT ALL. I've gone in on separate occasions and gotten some form of steak (either itself or with the fajitas) and I order it Medium. Had to send it back once, and the other time it was so well done it was ridiculous. That and its always so salty!! Seriously, let me salt my own darned food. Other than that the staff are friendly and the bartenders know what their doing!
